Guys, there’s no excuse to stop moving! We’re in a crazy time when social distancing and isolation are important to beat the coronavirus. However, it’s absolutely crucial to understand the following:  nothing is more important to your health than a strong immune system.

Let’s be proactive by boosting our immune system with regular exercise in a safe manner. Here’s a workout that you can implement inside or outside your home (we recommend outside if you can meet social-distancing requirements). No equipment is necessary!

In this 4-minute online workout video, you can do 3 – 6 sets of each workout, with 1-minute rest in between. This will give you a total workout time between 15-30min depending on how many sets you choose to do.
