Martial Arts Workout: BEGINNER Footwork & Striking

We have released our first official Konga Martial Arts Workout online! Took us some time, but we finally did it and we’re very excited about how it turned out.

In this martial arts class, you’ll warm up functionally, learn footwork for beginners, and go through striking drills for beginners as well. We made sure to include easy-to-follow instructions, as well as multiple camera angles when necessary to improve the learning experience. We’re in the works of getting a wireless mic so Konga himself can explain a lot of what he is doing while teaching the class. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy the functional workout you’ll get out of this.

Following a martial arts workout is a fantastic way to stay in shape during Coronavirus season. You don’t need any equipment at all. As opposed to your typical workouts at the gym, Konga uses martial arts as a way to keep you functional. This means getting you to move, rotate your body, fully stretch, change positions, and always do something different to shock the body. The double benefit is that you will learn how to defend yourself as well as build confidence.

To take full advantage of this class, try joining in with a family member or friend. Studies have shown that completing a workout with a partner increases the likelihood of results and increased performance. As this is a martial arts workout available online, feel free to reach out to us through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Youtube to ask us any questions about the class. We’re more than happy to make sure you’re performing all of these techniques properly with good form.

If you have any questions or want to leave us feedback about our martial arts workout, please drop a comment. If you like this and want to see more, please support this channel by liking and sharing to friends, family, acquaintances, and anyone else you can think of. Let’s keep active guys, more classes to come!
