Kickboxing Champions

With three world kickboxing championships and a life dedicated to the martial arts under his belt, Konga has developed a program that will enrich your life and enhance your fighting skills like no other program. With our MMA program, you will learn how to be a complete fighter. You will learn all the different aspects of of MMA including:

Overcoming Everything

Your goal as a fighter is to strike your opponent from a distance and knock them down (our favourite). 

In addition to the arts relevant to striking, you’ll also learn the arts related to takedowns, like: 

  • Wrestling
  • Judo

Here, your main goal will be to get your opponent on the ground using a takedown or a throw.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Finally, you will also learn the arts related to ground maneuvers. This is where you will get acquainted with the unique form of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Once you have your opponent on the ground, your goal will be to choke or force them into submission.

A strong MMA fighter is one who knows the arts relevant to striking, takedowns, and submission. They also know how to transition between each art. This is probably one of the toughest things to do in MMA.
