What is Muay Thai?

Muay Thai is a combat sport which uses several techniques in order to be successful. Kevin Persuad is our Muay Thai and Kickboxing coach who has obtained his certification from the Sporting Authority of Thailand. Kevin actively partakes in amateur fights providing the class with a similar training experience and insight while training for a fight. Kevin leads our beginner and advanced Muay Thai/boxing classes.
