Meet Nicole Harris; our Fitness, Yoga and gymnastic instructor who has obtained certifications in India. Nicole leads our kickboxing classes, she also leads our kids’ gymnastics class and fitness classes. Our female coach also offers personal training, private small training groups, and bootcamps.

Our Commitment

Our commitment to a safe environment for women’s classes is unmatched. We close the gym during the allotted hours and thus the opposite gender is not permitted during these time slots. We also use curtains to shield the areas for your privacy.
