Super Insane Lower Body Workout

Zaid Sawa and Fatma Elneihoum are both trainers at Konga Fitness in the GTA. They’re crushing this workout and giving everything they have to train (and destroy) their leg workout. We’ve added their workout to our online workout videos series. The goal with this crazy workout: To build confidence by training hard and overcoming the workout with willpower. Here’s what they did:

  1. Warm-up
  2. Sprints
  3. RDL/ Hamstring ball curl
  4. Leg press
  5. Squat
  6. Dumbell Lunges
  7. Seated calf raises
  8. Standing calf raises
