She is extremely dedicated to helping and supporting others to both improve and maintain their health and fitness in a realistic and practical manner. Melissa graduated from the Fundamentals of Fitness Leadership program at Sheridan College. She has in-depth understanding of functional anatomy, bio-mechanics, proper nutrition, and how to create training programs tailored to every unique individual.
