Natalie Dib – Bootcamp Instructor

Natalie believes that positive thinking brings positive change. She always brings up the importance of internal strength with her clients and teaches that change must initially come from within. The mind, body, and soul all work and compliment each other and can’t excel without the other. Clients are taught to both compete and find the willpower within themselves. Her pride in helping her clients both physically and mentally achieve their goals comes from her initial journey in optimizing her fitness and the importance of confidence. You shouldn’t just look good; you should also feel good! Natalie’s support system has an open door policy – anyone is welcome to join in and become part of a growing community striving to become healthy and fit at all levels. Her current focus is to teach women the importance of strength training. Come to her Women’s-only Boot Camp classes and learn what it means to “find your strength from within.”
