Muay Thai is a full-body combat art that develops power, endurance, and precision through the “Art of Eight Limbs,” training fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Classes enhance cardiovascular conditioning, strength, balance, and footwork while drilling defensive and counter techniques. Beyond the physical, Muay Thai cultivates mental discipline, awareness, and resilience, leaving you sharper and more confident every session.

An extremely skilled and knowledgeable coach who helps every student grow with purpose and confidence. His teaching blends sharp technique with values of respect, discipline, and mindful progression.
